city chapter heads

CEF is built by volunteers.  As we grow, our infrastructure is supported by these local City Chapter Heads.  Chapter Heads act as a local contact person in their community, especially for the Summer Solstice Shoots.  They rally photographers to participate, and help grow the foundation.
